Welcome to The Nice Cafe/Bookshop.
The Cafe and Bookshop opened on 2nd December 2008 based in Kyleakin Connections and is open on WednesdaysONLY from 11am - 3pm. Itis run by the attenders, staff & volunteersto enable access to training, job opportunities and training for workas well as to add tosocial skills. The attenders working in their own cafe have achieved an SVQ in Food and Drink Service Level 1 through Skye & Wester Ross College.
As well as second hand books, the cafeserves tea, coffee, hot chocolate, soup, filled rollsand baking.
The Nice Cafe & Bookshop was a pilot cafe/bookshop funded by the Big Lottery Fund.
